1stUUPB Office Summer Hours
With no minister and fewer activities during the summer, the Board of Trustees has agreed to reduced office hours for the months of June, July, August, and September. Barbara Hatzfeld, our office administrator, plans to be in the office on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Workload will be evaluated at the beginning of September and hours for the remainder of the year will be agreed. Hours will also be reassessed should a minister be appointed before the end of September. We appreciate Barbara’s commitment and service to our Congregation.
If you have any questions about this change, please contact me or another member of the Board.
Best regards,Paul G. Ward
President, Board of Trustees

NOTICE: Allen Maxwell will be gone until late October, so volunteer moderators for NewsTalk are needed for the last two weeks in June plus some dates in August, September, and early October. Please sign up to moderate on the sheet in Ministers Hall.
Topics for May 14:
- what did the 2017 Florida State Legislature do for/to us?
- should monuments and flags in the South representing Confederate troops, officers, and events be removed?
- was there anything new in the testimonies this week of Trump associates' dealings with Russia?
- should "advance directives" take precedence over doctors' and hospitals' determination of "appropriate care in the best interest of the patient"?
- what are the implications of the French elections for Europe, Britain, and the United States?
