1) meeting with our minister,

3) making a financial pledge for the balance of our May 1-April 30 fiscal
year, and
4) signing our Membership Book—which you may chose to do at one of our New Member
Recognition Ceremonies held twice a year, usually in March and November.

Membership in our
Congregation brings the privileges of voting at official Congregational meetings and
eligibility for elected leadership positions. It also entitles you to an annual subscription of the UU World, the quarterly magazine
of our national association, the Unitarian Universalist
Association (UUA).
When you have
completed this form, please submit it to a member of the Membership Committee or to our 1stUUPB
office in the Emerson Building.
The First Unitarian Universalist Congregation will share none of
